George A. Burke, Jr. received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University – Bloomington School of Law.  His legal practice concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, general corporate and contract negotiations.  George practiced for several years with Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago before returning to his hometown of Nashville. 

George serves as Vice President and Secretary of All That Productions, Inc., and also serves as Vice President of the various divisions of All That Productions, including ATP Records and the company’s publishing division.  In addition to providing general business advice and guidance, George spearheads contract drafting and negotiations, and focuses on potential company and individual artist investment opportunities.
